Spring is here for real this time. Flowers have burst into full bloom all over the place, along with all the allergies. Luckily, I don’t have too many of those and, unlike Atlanta that’s usually covered in a thick layer of yellow dust this time of year, only a little pollen floats in the Madrid air right now. I very much appreciate that.
That’s one part of Atlanta (the only part, maybe) that I don’t miss.
In the house, I’ve slowed down my baking by a lot, but this week I made a bizcocho that was pure culinary 🔥. I didn’t add enough baking powder which left me with a flat booty cake, but it was still delicious. See the pic below.
At the urging of a few friends, I’ve restarted my Patreon account.
