Finishing up my afternoon tea, I’m scrolling through the Cooking part of Apple News and suddenly spot an article comparing the 4 most popular zucchini bread recipes online.

I’m reading the article, and one of the bread recipes is the one I’d planned on using from allrecipes.com. “Mom’s Zucchini Bread” that has thousands of positive reviews. Of course, now I have to finish reading until the end.

Turns out Mom’s Zucchini Bread is NOT the best. Close but only okay compared to the clear winner:
